What we did

Custom Website Development, Custom Module Development

The previous Carrington Condos website had come to a point where its age and content bloat were negatively impacting user experience. The site was regularly experiencing loading and speed issues, and its design and functionality no longer reflected the type of quality and craftsmanship Carrington is known for. 

The Box Clever team has the task of crafting not only a beautiful, and engaging new website design, but developing a website that would allow users to easily browse the condo & rental communities, available units, and more.

Powered by the Multifamily Communities Module, the community landing pages were custom designed and developed and allow Carrington staff to set the brand colours for the individual communities in the CMS. Once viewing the community users can view the building floorplans, available suites, and building amenities. Carrington staff can easily manage all their communities, buildings, floorplans, and suites all within the CMS.

Suite Details

Users can view full details for each suite including the number bedrooms, bathrooms, and easily get in contact with the building manager to arrange a viewing.
